1st it was I was doing this & that but it did not make sense. Then it was because I gave them all jobs but it was and they could not them done because others in the management team would blow me off. Now it is down to just a load of shit.

I cannot do this or that. Yet the other can do what they choose to do. They can alter the schedule, change anything in the store they want ... but I am to do NOTHING. Funny, I am there to fix the store but instead I am being told to do nothing. The manager is not doing her job as it is define to happen she is having her job told her to by the individuals under me ... how pitiful is that???

I am there to organize the store, to help train the store ... but instead I am doing nothing but banging my head against a wall in that store. It comes down because they do not understand that it's not their CHIOCE, it's the companies choice. It will be interesting to see how that goes, won't it?
Will they get the point, or will we just just have a lot of words to say.
